Your 1st box is customizable upon sign up. Monthly boxes that follow will be curated by us. Each month we release a new collection and your box will contain 1, 2, or 3 coordinating items from that collection (depending on which box level you select).

First orders ship almost immediately as they are customized from existing inventory, however monthly orders are billed on the 1st and go through a production and packaging process throughout the month with dispatch typically resulting from the 20th-30th of the month (depending on which batch your order is in).
Your monthly 1st charge is a “reservation” which ensures you receive an order for the month, as the curated inventory is limited and needs to be reserved in advance of assembly and shipment (this is what keeps our prices so low). Order will update as soon as assembly begins and the batches start to move through our network.

Absolutely! Club shipments can be skipped at any time.
Absolutely! Club memberships can be canceled at any time from within your account portal.
We accept returns for all US orders (for any reason) within 30 days of your order delivery date. For club returns, the entire contents of your delivery must be returned together, and in new condition.
